This course is suggested for dancers are looking for a full body approach to training and may or may not have completed courses. This is great for a dancer to continue after completing all the courses because you will find some new trainings in this course. This creates a nice structured layout to cross-training two days a week in addition to your regular dance classes. You must be a monthly unlimited or year member in order to get access to all the recordings in this class. Eventually, this plan will have the entire 52 weeks of a calendar year for dancers to have a full year plan for cross-training. If you decide to leave this course and restart progress tracking, you may do so at anytime. Leaving a course does not cancel your membership to the platform.
