This course is a self paced course that is advised to work on anywhere from 3-6 days per week. Give your body at least one day of rest to ensure muscle recovery and mobility restoration. You may notice that the directions for each week are the same. The purpose of this course is to keep you accountable in showing up each week in doing the stretches and routines. If you decide to leave this course and restart progress tracking, you may do so at anytime. Leaving a course does not cancel your membership to the platform.
