This dance fitness course is really for anyone. It's a great option for a beginner dancer who wants a small taste of ballet in the style of workouts but, isn't quite ready to dive into technique classes yet. These workouts are designed for beginner-intermediate level workouts but, zero knowledge of ballet. Ages 11 and older may participate in this course. Please understand this course was not built or intended for injury prevention, weight loss, or improving technique. This is simply an exercise course for those wanting a ballet inspired workout who do not wish to participate in a ballet technique class. Non-dancers or former dancers will mainly appreciate this course. Recreational, pre-pro and pro level dancers are encouraged to participate in other training courses and may reach out to Veronica for recommendations at email@example.com
