Hip opening myofascial mobility class:
This class will focus on range of motion improving mobility exercises that will both stabilize and lengthen muscles important to dancer's turnout.
- Safe techniques encouraged by me Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Myofascial Mobility coach
- Improve pelvic floor activation
- Improve core activation simultaneously with turnout
- Open hips
- Find engagement of proper muscles for turnout
Recordings will be sent post workshop to all who register. Class is held in Eastern Standard Timezone USA. All are welcome! Even non-members.
