How do I register for live class?

Please click this link here and then choose the class you'd like to attend off the calendar. Classes will automatically adjust to your timezone.

Platform isn't loading or loading slow help:

If the platform isn't loading or videos are acting up please follow these steps:

1. Log out 

2. Delete all browsing cookies 

3. Check internet connection is strong

-Then log back in 

4. Try another device if above fail to help

I forgot my password:

Please click the "reset password" or "forgot password" button next to login. Veronica does not store your passwords and cannot give you a password if you forgot it. Make sure to double check the email you registered with is the same one you are logging in with. I can't tell you how many times I have entered the wrong email on accident somewhere! lol.

How do I become a member?

Please go to the page HERE and you will see the year and monthly membership options! Live weekly classes is included in all memberships.

Can I purchase just one course?

You may purchase the Beginner ballet course only for a one time fee of $65 USD. This is lifetime access to the beginner course content only and NO platform access or live weekly classes. All other courses such as turnout, arms, extensions, splits, and more are included in year or month memberships.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancelation policy for privates 

If you are not able to attend your scheduled private lesson, you must contact Veronica 24 hrs before session starts. You will be eligible for credit that must be used within 30 days of your cancel. 

If you are sick, emergency, or unplanned disaster occurs, please alert Veronica as soon as possible.


If you are 15 minutes late or greater, this is considered an absence and Veronica will sign off and consider you a "no show." No show appointments will NOT receive credit. 

If you have internet troubles or storms, please let Veronica know asap. You may be eligible for a credit to your account. 

If you simply decide you no longer want to take your private lesson and do not plan on re-scheduling you are not eligible for a refund.

I have credit from a canceled lesson...

If you have canceled a private lesson and followed the 24 hour notice policy, you are eligible for a private lesson credit. This credit MUST be redeemed within 30 days of your original scheduled private. If Veronica has no spots available in 30 days, she will post credit at her discretion. You MUST contact and attempt to schedule with Veronica first before extensions are given. 

"I'm injured, can you rehab me?"

While Veronica used to practice rehab in the clinic, Veronica solely focuses on cross-training and injury prevention now. It is in her scope to help you correct compensations, weaknesses, and mechanical errors that could lead to injury or help ameliorate chronic pain caused by poor mechanics in dance. However, Veronica does not treat acute or chronic injuries. If you are in pain or have not been cleared for exercise by a medical professional, you are not advised to participate in this program or private trainings. Ultimately, it is your choice and your endeavor to participate in exercise or dance training is done at your own risk and liability. Veronica can not be held responsible for your choice to participate in dance training when not advised by a doctor. 

How do I take a private lesson?

Please click here and submit your information into the waitlist. Veronica will contact you with available dates. Private lessons are first come first serve. They must be paid in full before lesson date by 24 hours at least. Cancels must be done 24 hrs in advance or no refunds.
