Beginner Adult Ballet- Instructor: Jasmine
No experience needed. Take your very first ballet class and get started in your journey! This class is also great for former dancers getting back into dancing.

Contemporary Dance- Instructor: Jasmine
This class is a mixture of jazz, modern, and ballet to form an style of dance expression. This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate dancers. Former ballet or jazz experience helps.

Pointe/Pre-pointe: Veronica K & Elaine Dowling
This class is for strengthening pointe technique or preparing to advance to pointe. 
Held live Tuesday's 10am-10:45am EST

Dancer Stretching: Mae
This class is to help dancers improve range of motion and stretching associated with dance. This is a safe approach to stretching so no over stretching or contortion will be used in this class.
Held live Wednesday 6-7pm EST

Intermediate/Beginner Ballet- Instructor: Jasmine
This class is great for the beginner ready to take the next step up in their ballet progress! This class will help prepare you to advancing to intermediate advanced.

Intermediate/Adv Ballet- Instructor: Veronica K & Christine Howe
This class is for adult ballet dancers who have been working on their technique for 1 year or more. This is a great progressed class to learn more technique and combinations!
Held live Wednesday's at 10am-11am EST

Pilates Mat: Elaine Dowling
Taught by a Certified Pilates Instructor, this class will focus on core strengthening, postural awareness, and alignment. This course is great for dancers and non-dancers. 
Held live Thursday's 5:45-6:45pm EST:
  • May 6 - 27th: 4 week session 
  • July 1 -29th: 5 week session
Barre Fitness: Charlotte
Taught by Certified Barre Instructor. This technique of exercise combines ballet movement, yoga, pilates, cardio, and strength training for an amazing cross-training day or workout!

Restorative Yoga: Dani Cox
Taught by Certified Yoga Instructor. This class is for healing of the body and mind. A great choice for someone recovering from an injury, the stressed, anxious, or general individual desiring a slow healing flow.
