Meet with Veronica in a 1 hr session to discuss your goals, difficult areas of technique, or any painful areas.
You'll demonstrate technique & be evaluated for any potential health risks that would interfere with our training.
Custom Plan
Following your evaluation, Veronica will design a training plan for you to maintain on days we do not meet. She will advise you on frequency of live meets & training parameters. You will receive a Zoom recording.
Follow ups
After initial appointment, follow up with 45 minute lessons to progress your plan & technique.
Lessons are purchased on singular basis. VKB firmly has a 24 hr cancellation policy.
Consistent practice
Making sure you do your dance "homework" and exercises will ensure the growth & development of your technique. You will leave each lesson with a plan moving forward.
Get your gear
Wear comfortable moveable clothes. Preferably clothes that your body is easily analyzed in such as a leotard and tights or biker shorts and tank.
Setup your spot
Make sure you have a webcam setup to capture your full body. Standing in front of a light colored background or closed curtain. Try not to wear dark colors and stand in front of a dark wall.
