Custom Cross-training for Dancers

If you have experienced...

  • Technique plateau 

  • Burnout and constant soreness 

  • Not getting corrections in the classroom

Then, a private cross-training program may be right for you!

The Veronica K Method™ Process:

01

1 Hr Movement Analysis:

I will test strength, range of motion, balance, & view a simple ballet barre. From this, I prescribe the movement to correct any imbalances or problems.

Custom Plan:

You'll be given a custom training plan & recording of analysis. This is to be practiced between lessons with me.

Follow-up Visits:

May occur however often desired. These are exercise progression days and are 45 min in length.

Results:

You may see results as soon as 4-6 weeks. I recommend anyone training pre-professional meet weekly/bi-weekly for 6-8 weeks until goals are met.

At 6 week marker, I always do a re-evaluation of technique.

Do I have to book an evaluation if I plan on doing the 6 week plan? 

--No, it's included in that plan!

How old/young do I have to be?

--I work with anyone 6+ to 100! No limitations.

What are your credentials?

--My background is in Cecchetti & Russian Ballet, Jazz, and contemporary. I have degrees in dance, physical therapy, and licensed through National Federation of Professional Trainers. I performed professionally with Playlist Performers™ (Dancer), Red Satin, Ballet Wooster, & at EJ Thomas Hall (Akron Dance Co.)

Who do you primarily work with?

--I work with a variety of dancers from competitive dance studios, pre-professional ballet dancers, adult recreational, and ballet seniors.
