Workshops
Join me, Veronica, for a monthly 30-45 min cross-training workshop, designed specifically for ballet dancers looking to take their technique to the next level. These workshops cover anatomy and injury prevention, so dancers can safely improve their strength and flexibility. All members and non-members are welcome and each session includes a Q&A and personalized feedback from me.
