​General Policies, Terms, and Conduct for Online Lessons & Courses

Welcome to the Veronica K Platform. To ensure a safe, professional, and productive environment for all dancers, please review our policies regarding memberships, training sessions, and liability. By purchasing or participating in our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership & Digital Content Policy

On-Demand Courses: All digital, on-demand courses are non-refundable due to the immediate, downloadable, and digital nature of the content.

Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for unused time on the platform. Year memberships are non-refundable.

Compatibility: If you are uncertain whether this platform is the right fit for your training needs, I encourage you to visit my YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/veronicakballet/ This is a great way to experience my training method, style, and philosophy before committing to a membership.

2. Private Lesson Policy (Online & In-Person)

Due to my teaching, performance, and travel schedule, private lesson availability is extremely limited. To ensure a smooth experience and protect both instructor and client, please review all private lesson policies before booking your session.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $30 non-refundable, non-creditable fee.

Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. Each session may be rescheduled a maximum of one time, and the new date must be within 10 days of the original appointment. You may not repeatedly reschedule the same session.

Payment: Session payment is due 48 hours prior to start of lesson if invoiced and at the time of booking if securing lesson online. If you fail to complete invoice payment 48 hours prior to start of your lesson booking, Veronica reserves the right to cancel your lesson.

Punctuality: Please arrive or log in on time.

Online Lessons: If you experience technical difficulties, you must notify us within the first 10 minutes by emailing info@veronicakballet.com. Please note: Instagram direct messages do not count as official notification.

Strict 10-Minute Rule: If you have not joined or contacted us within 10 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered a no-show, we will sign off, and no refund or credit will be issued (emergencies reviewed on a case-by-case basis).

In-Person Lessons: If you are greater than 15 minutes late without contact, your lesson will be automatically cancelled without refund.

Address for in-person training will be given to customer after booking has been confirmed due to privacy of Veronica K Ballet in-home studio. For distance reference, my studio is located in North Peoria, Arizona. ​ Mailing address only is Phoenix.

Behavioral Expectations: Maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal from the session without refund. Persistent issues with attendance or behavior may result in dismissal from the program.

3. Liability Waiver & Safety
Veronica K Platform LLC provides guidance, techniques, and educational content to enhance dance performance and promote injury prevention. By participating, you acknowledge the following:

Not a Medical Substitute: Our content is not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health concerns or injuries.

Assumption of Risk: Participation is at your own risk. Physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, muscle strains, joint injuries, and other potential physical damages.

Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own safety. Veronica K Platform LLC is not liable for injuries or adverse effects resulting from the incorrect application of course content or training recommendations. Please follow all guidance carefully and do not attempt exercises beyond your current physical capability.

4. Release of Liability
By participating in any of Veronica K Platform LLC’s courses or lessons, you agree to waive, release, and discharge Veronica K Platform LLC and all associated personnel from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of your participation. You assume full responsibility for any risks—known or unknown—and agree not to hold Veronica K Platform LLC accountable for injuries resulting from personal negligence, improper application of techniques, or disregard of instructor guidelines.

5. Final Agreement
Policy Integrity: These policies are in place to ensure fair access and a safe learning environment for all students. Threats, harassment, or chargebacks against Veronica or Veronica K Platform LLC will not be tolerated.
