This course will teach you key exercises to strengthen your port de bras and upper body alignment in dance. Often errors with upper body technique can effect balance, turns, and even jumps. Perform these routines 2x a week with at least 1 day of rest between. If you decide to leave this course and restart progress tracking, you may do so at anytime. Leaving a course does not cancel your membership to the platform.
