Adult Ballet Dancer Strength & Stretch Training

(Tuesday's 1:40pm EST)

This class is designed for adult ballet dancers who want to build strength, stability, and mobility while improving technique and preventing injuries. Each week, we’ll focus on targeted areas of the body that support better balance, turnout, flexibility, and control.

Whether you’re a recreational or professional dancer, you’ll gain confidence, body awareness, and longevity in your dancing. No experience level is required — just a love for ballet and a desire to move safely and beautifully.

Our Friday technique barre integrates the strength and mobility work from Wednesday’s session, helping you apply what you’ve learned directly into your dancing for lasting results.

Key Focus Areas in the 8 weeks of classes will include:

  • ✅ Posture, core, upper body awareness

  • ✅ Strengthen turnout and mobility of hips

  • ✅ Improve lines, extensions, and hip control

  • ✅ Relevés, balance, and equilibrium for improved pirouettes

  • ✅ Increase flexibility & mobility without forceful techniques

  • ✅ Reconnect mind and body for sustainable dance progress
