In-Person Ballet Technique, Personal Training & Manual Stretching

Booking Process

Step 1: The Initial Consultation

  • Discovery Call (15 Mins): Free. A quick chat via phone or Zoom call to discuss goals, injury history, and location.

  • Choose your service training program (see list below!)

  • Assessment: Every first session includes a movement assessment to tailor the exercise and stretching to your body’s needs and any contraindications or precautions. 

Step 2: Choose Your Location

  • Mobile Training: I come to you! (Within a 10-mile radius of Peoria, AZ).

  • Studio Training: Private sessions held at my home studio or your local dance studio (with permission).

Option 1: The Performance & Longevity Hour

Best for: Those looking for technical growth, strength, and a complete recovery finish.

  • Duration: 60 Minutes

  • What’s Included:

    • 35-45 Minutes: Tailored Exercise (Ballet Technique, Functional Strength, or Balance/Fall Prevention).

    • 15-20 Minutes: Assisted Stretching, Mobilization, and Recovery Training

  • Location: In-Home, In-Studio, or Home Studio.

  • Price: $65 (Introductory Peoria Rate Travel Fees May Apply)

Option 2: The Focused Assisted Stretch & Recovery

Best for: Dancers needing extra flexibility or adults/seniors focused on range of motion and stiffness relief.

  • Duration: 1 Hour

  • What’s Included:

    • Full-session Assisted Stretching.

    • Active mobility work to improve everyday life and ballet technique.

    • Guided breathwork and postural alignment.

  • Location: In-Home, In-Studio, or Home Studio.

  • Price: $65 (Introductory Peoria Rate Travel Fees May Apply)
