These live classes are designed specifically for adult and senior ballet dancers who want to move with greater ease, strength, safety, and confidence.
Each class blends classical ballet technique with corrective exercise principles to support longevity, injury prevention, and technical mastery — not rushed choreography or aesthetic chasing.
All classes are LIVE ONLY to ensure individualized feedback, correction, and guidance for each dancer present. Classes are small in size to ensure you are given the attention you deserve!

A slow-paced ballet barre focusing on movement mastery, alignment, muscle activation patterns, and controlled precision of combinations. Designed to support safer technique and deeper understanding. Open to all levels. Book Here
💪 Strength & Stretch for Adult Ballet Dancers
Mondays | 1:30 PM Mountain Time (Arizona)
A corrective training class focused on improving turnout, mobility, flexibility, balance, core strength, posture, and foot and ankle strength to support long-term ballet health. Book Here
🩰 Pre-Pointe / Pointe Conditioning (Adults)
Wednesdays | 3:00 PM Mountain Time (Arizona)
A hybrid class combining ballet combinations, strength, and stretching to prepare dancers for pointe work or support already-on-pointe bodies. Dancers may work in pointe shoes or flat based on individual needs. Book Here
