Who And What Is This For?

Veronica K Ballet is a dedicated space specifically designed for adults to senior age dancers.  It’s built to engage and serve a community of ballet enthusiasts, from those who may have had previous ballet experience to those with none at all.

It’s a safe, enjoyable venue to pursue a healthy way back to the ballet barre for former dancers.  Beginners experience a beneficial body strengthening dance form for pleasure that also delivers personal achievement with visible results. Current dancers will improve their posturing and skills in execution to their next level.

Veronica K Ballet is not an “academy” to create future elite performers or professional ballet careers.  The mission is targeted to provide consistent skilled guidance that prioritizes safe movement for personal health longevity and functional mobility through sustainable techniques found in classical ballet training.

It’s not only just for ballet dancing and progression, but for the strength, balance, and resilience gained for everyday life activities too.  If this sounds like what you want or need then you have found your connection.  Come join us!

What Does It Provide?

Veronica K Ballet isn't just a collection of ballet technique videos.  Rather, it is a comprehensive method library of carefully curated courses that blends the ballet art form into science-backed and certified led corrective movement, injury prevention, exercise practices and recovery techniques.  This approach supports, protects, and increases mobility and strength in adult dance progression, which also helps to maintain an active daily lifestyle.

The Veronica K Foundational Principles:
  • Strengthening leg, foot, and ankle stability, turnout, and center of gravity control.

  • Releasing tightness and restrictive movement throughout the hips and lower back.

  • Promoting healthy blood flow which improves overall circulatory function, especially in the lower extremities.

  • Increasing balance and coordination for improved execution in ballet techniques and fall prevention.

  • Improving overall posture and functional range of motion for better ease of movement in dance and daily life.

  • Professionally-led routines for recovery and self-care, to include foam rolling, percussion massage therapy, and self-assisted stretching.

  • Advanced recovery tool tutorials instructing the safe use of cupping techniques.

  • Modified movement routines, including seated options for those recovering from injury or managing functional limitations.

Can I receive one-on-one training personally with you?
Yes! I am available for privates by scheduling an appointment below for personalized training or coaching. I offer online and in-person live sessions.

Do I need a formal studio to use these courses?

Not at all!  Everything on the platform is designed to be accomplished in your home.  You don't need any professional equipment, just a sturdy chair and some clear floor space to work in. That’s all you need to get started!

I’ve had a previous injury I am recovered from, but now have limited mobility.  Will your training still be safe for me?

My programs are designed to incorporate safe and proper anatomical movement with a restorative focus for improved outcomes.  I offer routines that can be performed carefully while seated, especially for those who are slowly returning to dance, recovering from an injury, or managing functional limitations.

However, please always consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise/movement program, especially if you are managing a medical condition you feel might not allow you full participation.
