Veronica's Private Ballet Training Process

Step 1: Submit Your Private Lesson Application

Begin by completing the Private Lesson Application Form.

After reviewing your application, I will personally reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. During this strategy session, we will discuss your goals, training history, and determine whether private coaching is the right fit for you at this time.

This ensures that all private training is intentional, structured, and aligned with your long-term development.

Step 2: Consultation & Training Plan

During your complimentary consultation:

For Beginner Dancers:
We will discuss your goals, expectations, and outline a clear path to begin ballet training safely and effectively.

For Continuing Dancers:
I will assess your current technique, discuss strengths and limitations, identify injury risks if present, and outline a strategic training plan tailored to your needs.

At the end of this session:

  • We will determine lesson frequency

  • You will schedule your initial sessions

  • Billing will be established

Private lessons are billed at $125 per 1-hour session.

Package options with per-lesson discounts may be discussed during your consultation based on commitment level and training goals.

Step 3: Customized Private Training & Progression

Each private lesson includes:

  • Individualized corrective or classical technique programming

  • Structured progression based on your goals

  • Video recordings following each session

  • Ongoing feedback and refinement

  • Supplemental strength and mobility exercises as needed

  • Email or video resources to support your training between sessions

Dancers may book lessons individually as needed or commit to a structured 6–8 week training plan for optimal progress.
