Veronica's Private Ballet Training Process

Step 1: Free Consultation / Ballet Movement Analysis (15 minute) 

  • For Beginner Dancers: We'll discuss your goals and plans to start ballet.

  • For Continued Ballet Dancers: I will analyze your current technique, discuss goals, difficulties, and structure a plan moving forward. 

Step 2: Customized Lesson Plans

  • Tailored corrective or classical technique program based on goals 

  • Book 1 hour lessons as needed or stay consistent with a 6 to 8 week training plan. 

Step 3: Private Training & Progression

  • Video recordings after each private ballet lesson 

  • Ongoing feedback, strength/mobility exercises, and technique refinement

  • Email and video resources to support training methods as needed
