This class has been changed due to Veronica physically having increased difficulty with advanced level demonstration. We will be focusing on cross-training exercises for strengthening the ballet body. Focus areas may include hips, core, arms, feet, and more!

Intermediate level technique class- please be aware demonstration will be limited due to pregnancy during this class. Students must be competant in visualization of movements if they wish to enorll in this class (for their own benefit).
