Ballet Slow Flow Corrective Barre

An 8-week adult ballet slow flow corrective class for injury prevention, technique correction, and sustainable progress.

⏱ 45 minutes per class
💻 Live weekly sessions (Recordings for registered dancers only) 

$56 for all 8 weeks or $8 per drop in class.

What Is Corrective Ballet Technique?

Instead of pushing your body into shapes it can’t sustain, this class combines ballet technique with therapeutic corrective training.

 

Each week we will blend gentle barre work, posture correction, and mobility so you can:

  • ✅ Prevent injuries before they start

  • ✅ Strengthen posture, core, and turnout safely

  • ✅ Improve balance, arches, and ballet lines

  • ✅ Jump more safely and efficiently

  • ✅ Increase flexibility & mobility without force

  • ✅ Reconnect mind and body for sustainable dance progress

Week 1: Hip Flexors & Postural Awareness

Week 2 Oct 3rd: Turnout and improving range of motion

Week 3 Oct 10th: Foot and ankle strength and stability

Week 4 Oct 17th: Balance and transitions

Week 5 Oct 24: Spine Mobility

Week 6 Oct 31: Shoulder Placement & Port de Bras Stability

Week 7 Nov 14: Extensions, lines, and gluteal support

Week 8 Nov 21: Full-Body Integration Corrective Work

(No classes held on Nov 7th)
