How to Begin

  1. Submit an Application: Complete the Private Lesson Application Form to share your training history and objectives.

  2. Consultation Call: Once reviewed, you will be invited to a complimentary 15-minute strategy session to discuss your goals and determine if private coaching is the right fit.

  3. Establish Your Plan: Together, we will define your lesson frequency, schedule your initial sessions, and finalize your customized training path.

Private Lesson Details

  • Rate: $65 per 1-hour session.

  • Inclusions: Every lesson features individualized technique or corrective programming, supplemental exercises, and an unedited recording for review.
