This Veronica K Ballet Platform exercise course focuses on the skill of balance. Not only will we practice exercises to improve ballet movements such as pirouettes but, we will address functional movements to promote healthy everyday living.

Veronica K Ballet courses are designed for all levels of adult and senior ballet dancers. You will be safely progressed through these movements, so no prior high-level balance experience is required. These exercises support both ballet technique and everyday functional movement.
