About the event
This instructional class will go into details about popular Kinesiology taping techniques. You can simply login and learn the techniques and use them later or you can log on with a roll of KT tape and tape along with us! I'll be surveying the crowd for what they want to tape so it's better to come live and have your areas of concern addressed! You can find some cheap KT tape on Amazon for under $10! Let me know if you need help!
