15 min analysis session to determine goals, a plan, and areas of progress in ballet technique.
Service Description
A 15-minute Ballet Movement Analysis is intended for serious inquiries regarding training with Certified Personal Trainer Veronica K. This session is designed to discuss goals, determine a plan, and identify areas of improvement that may hinder progress or limit advancement in ballet technique. All dancers, from teens to seniors, are welcome to book this service. Veronica is a Certified Personal Trainer, holds an AAS in Physical Therapy, and is a professional dancer. She works primarily with adult dancers to correct, re-train, and establish healthy movement patterns to prevent avoidable dance injuries. Common conditions she addresses include snapping hip prevention, Achilles tendonitis, post-operative return-to-dance plans, post-stress fracture return to dance, core strengthening and postural correction, hip mobility and turnout work, mobility and strength for improving ballet lines, and general technique correction for ballet dancers. Please note: If you fail to show for your complimentary session without providing 24-hour notice, you will be charged a $10 non-refundable fee.
Cancellation Policy
Veronica K Platform: Private Lesson Rescheduling & Late Policy We understand that life happens! However, to ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our private lesson rescheduling and late policy: Your lesson will automatically be cancelled without refund if you are greater than 15 minutes late without contacting me for your lesson. Reschedule Within 24 Hours: To qualify for a credit towards a future lesson, you must reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the original scheduled time. One Reschedule Per Credit: Each lesson credit can only be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original appointment date. Extraordinary Circumstances: If you are unable to attend your rescheduled appointment, please contact Veronica directly at veronicakplatform@gmail.com to discuss your situation. We offer flexibility for truly extraordinary circumstances. Respecting Others: We operate on a limited schedule, and each missed appointment takes a spot from another student. Please be courteous and avoid rescheduling more than once unless absolutely necessary. Consequences of Repeated Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled more than twice without contacting Veronica may be cancelled without a refund due to the impact on scheduling. Veronica K Platform's Policy: This policy is in place to ensure fair access to private lessons for all clients. Threats or chargebacks against Veronica or Veronica K Platform LLC will not be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding!
